Trey Davis is the State Capitol Reporter for Radio Oklahoma News, bringing more than three decades of experience in Oklahoma news, radio journalism, and public communications. His career spans reporting, newsroom leadership, and senior communications roles, providing a deep understanding of how news impacts communities across the state.

Davis began his radio career at KGFF Radio in Shawnee, Oklahoma, where he served as a reporter and later News Director covering local government, politics, education, and community stories. He was recognized by the Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters with Outstanding Achievements in Broadcasting awards in 1993 and 1994.

In 1995, Davis joined KTOK Radio in Oklahoma City and was the first reporter at ground zero following the Oklahoma City bombing at the Murrah Federal Building. At Radio Oklahoma News, he returns to the State Capitol to cover the legislature, governor, statewide officials, and the impact of government decisions on Oklahomans.
